Hi, I’m Amy.
As a mother of two boys, each with their own unique birth and postpartum journeys, I understand how deeply transformative this season can be, each time it happens.
What began as a personal calling has grown into supporting women and birthing people through this transition with steady, compassionate care - while quietly documenting their story as it unfolds. Bringing photography into my work has added another layer of presence and meaning, preserving the moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
It has been the greatest joy supporting and documenting this journey for families, and I genuinely treasure each opportunity for that connection.
My Approach
My Qualifications and Training
My approach is rooted in both evidence and tradition, shaped by my Japanese culture and Chinese family ties. These ways of caring are part of my everyday life, and something I share through gentle guidance, deep presence and nourishing food made with love.
I support families through pregnancy and postpartum - whether you’re seeking full continuity of care or simply to be held in the early days after birth. For now, I offer birth preparation rather than in-person attendance for those who feel supported in birth and are looking to deepen their understanding as they move toward it.
If this resonates, I’d love to connect. I offer a complimentary 30-minute call to see if we feel like the right fit.
You’re welcome to reach out anytime.
I’m always striving to keep up to date with the latest findings and evidence in this field and am committed to ongoing study.
