Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum
Birth Preparation & Postpartum Support
This is my foundational offering which aims to support you through pregnancy and postpartum - to have the ultimate continuity of care and connection you deserve to have through this transformative time.
* Please note I’m currently on maternity leave and returning April 2026 so please get in touch if you’d like support from April onwards. As I have two little humans to be on call for now, I’m pausing in person birth support for the time being but please reach out if you’d like any recommendations.

My support begins with 3x Antenatal Sessions in your home where we get to know each other and cover things including, but not limited to:
- Birth mapping and preferences
- Birth preparation through breathwork, meditation, movement and visualisation
- Optimal positioning and acupressure points for birth
- Labour positions and support techniques
- Nervous system support for pregnancy and postpartum
- In depth postpartum planning including discussing feeding and sleep strategies, optimising rest, recovery and bonding, physical and mental wellbeing, support and boundaries as well as a meal train set up if you wish
During your due window (38 weeks onwards), I’ll be available for text/voice note support (please note this doesn’t include support during labour as I can’t guarantee I’ll be available to answer straight away).
Then over 4x Postpartum Sessions of 2-2.5 hours each, I will:
- Offer birth debriefing and decompression
- Provide 2x nourishing postpartum appropriate meals (approx. 2-3 serves each), 1x snack and 1x drink made at your home (think warming curries, soups and stews, lactation cookies, muffins and recovery elixirs)
- Offer gentle sleep, settling and feeding strategies through evidence-based guidance
- Provide a safe space and a listening ear to share whatever is coming up for you and your partner if you have one
- Cuddle your babe while you take a long bath or shower (or whatever self care moment you’re craving)
- Guide a gentle, postpartum appropriate movement practice to aid physical recovery
- Assist with light household duties and tend lovingly to pets if you have them, including taking them for walks if you wish
- Support you through any medical appointments you’d like to me to attend with you/your baby - or if you’d like to attend an appointment solo, I can look after your baby close by (e.g. a massage, hair, nails - anything!)
- Care for older children, if you need the time for yourself and baby
- Access to my extensive library of birth, postpartum and mother/parenthood books
- Connect you with resources and referrals to health professionals based on your individual needs
- This package also includes a film portrait session where you will get approximately 25-30 edited images of either your pregnant self or you and your family in postpartum. You also have access to a discount if you’d like an additional film session during our time together. (Value $450)
Then at 8 weeks postpartum, we will have a 1 hour virtual session to debrief on the last month, troubleshoot any issues you have and chat through any plans you would like to make. Checking in with you here is really important as I believe your care shouldn’t end at the month mark.
*I will endeavour to cater for you and your family’s food requirements as best as possible. The menu will be discussed in our postpartum planning session where you can choose from my list of nourishing meals and drinks. I cook with organic chickens, grass fed meat and aim to buy ethically sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible.
The investment for this package is $3000.
